Website Information

Use the following fields to provide the basic information required to start your website. Be clear and concise.

The Home Page is the canvas for your website, so make this count. You are allowed one set of changes. Additional changes beyond the scope of the project may be subject to our custom development and design rates. Leaving blank fields will result in the use of the default content on the site.

Please use our ticketing system if you have any questions. Additional photos and content should be added to a ticket.


This will replace the top section of headers. Maximum of 3 sentences (300 characters).
Provide up to 3 paragraphs (1,500 characters) of text describing you, your company and how you present your services.

Please upload a web-ready version of your logo without a background color if possible.

Image uploads must be in JPG or PNG fomat. If you have a PDF version of your logo or if you have multiple versions of your logo please open a ticket with the images attached.

Please provide 3 services. Example: Tax Preparation, Bookkeeping, and Tax Resolution. If you cannot provide three, mark additional items NA. This information will be used on your contact form and will replace the default content on the site.
