When we started the taxPRO website system we had one goal in mind; offer a simple, inexpensive web hosting solution for tax preparation companies. The system would offer a complete website with search engine optimized text, and various tools to help you and your clients with quick tax information and services.
Demand for our taxPRO websites has grown so much that we have made the decision to focus 100% on our taxPRO line of products going forward. We are sunsetting all other development, and website hosting services. In order for this transition to occur, we will be operating in maintenance mode starting January 28th at 10:00 PM. During the maintenance window, if you have website services with us, your website and email will continue to operate normally, but you will not be able to log into the customer control panel or purchase any additional services.
When the maintenance is complete:
1. Your Sitedart Hosting Control panel will be transferred to https://Store.TaxProWebsites.com
2. You will start receiving emails and invoices from support@TaxProWebsites.com
3. Our new support contact email will be support@TaxProWebsites.com
4. Our phone number, 877-790-7263, will not change
For our new customers, as noted above, we will be having a moratorium on purchases while we make this switch. But, once we relaunch, you will see an expansion of new services throughout the year. We are adding some additional tools that our customers have been asking for, while enhancing our current product line. Updated Designs
All of our designs have been updated and enhanced with better SEO, new color schemes and more professional designs. We also plan to expand the choices as we ramp up.
New Automated Development System
We will be introducing a more streamlined builder system. A complete questionnaire built into our software to take you through the process of making a website that is your own.
New addons
We are expanding our line of addons to include things like Tax Organizer layouts for your documents, Popup Sales tools and Customer / Google Review systems. Watch our news section for more on this in the coming months.
Enhanced Security
The hackers are getting smarter, and we are finding great new ways to stop them dead in their tracks. With our enhanced CDN nameservers, form controls to stop spammers, and a streamline setup of our taxPRO environment, it means your website is safe with us.
